Withdrawal Reports

Once the examination, the patient agrees with the staff of Acceptance of Exel Ambulatori mode of delivery or of withdrawal which can be:

– STANDARD DELIVERY examination and the report can be withdrawn after only two days. For the withdrawal of the examination by someone other than you need a specific delegation.

– DELIVERY IN VISION examination is immediately withdrawn from the patient, while the report is sent to the patient by priority mail or fax directly to the Dental Office.

– DELIVERY DOMICILIATION the examination and the report is delivered, with the approval of the patient, directly to the Dental / Practitioner. The domiciliation service is free of Monza and Milan.

– INTERACTIVE FTP  the examination is placed in our site. The placement exams on Filing is Free.

To access it you need the password which is granted `s Surgery receipt of the request for registration of the Dental / dentist / Practitioner. (See Regulation in the window of Criminal Interactive).

This service is reserved for Dental / dentist / Practitioner and not for the patient.

The CT scans are delivered in a standard way, Criminal Interactive or so clearance.

Any sent by priority mail exam costs 7€ Euros.
