Patients Conventions

Exel Ambulatori is inserted in the circuit to the concessions direct and indirect, for tests performed.

Currently there are the following conventions:

FASI, Faschim, FASI OPEN, MUTUAL TRADE ORGANIZATION, DAYMEDICAL, FAS PIRELLI, JPS AXA WDA, FABI, BANCO POSTA.

Anyone wishing to carry out the examinations in the convention shall be equipped with Tax Code and the application of prescription from your doctor with the exact grounds examination required. For affiliated FASI, Faschim, FASIOPEN you also need to bring the card and the identification of the member.

Rates are determined by the authorities and are not modifiable and combinable.

The patient must integrate to Surgeries, wherever necessary, the price difference examination immediately after the execution.
